What We are Looking For

Operating with these principals, the Accounts & Growth Executive’s role includes identifying new business opportunities within the corporate event world, working with the OHG Growth Group to communicate client strategy initiatives for events and branding, coordinating responses to clients and developing and maintaining marketing assets and social media accounts. The Accounts & Growth Executive understands clients’ business needs and strategy. Working with the strategy, creative, and production teams, the position creates and helps present proposals (in response to RFP’s) to clients for new opportunities. Within existing accounts, this role will coordinate with teams from the larger agency (OHG) on managing and overseeing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other account management systems.   This role works with show producers to manage current and potential accounts during all cycles of a project, from inception to completion. 

You Should Have

  • 5 years’ experience selling multiple corporate event service solutions; focus on creative, production and experiential sales
  • Knowledge of accounting (AP and AR), marketing and strategies
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking

Essential Responsibilities

The essential functions of the Accounts & Growth Executive include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop net new opportunities that align with Tencue’s unique position and value proposition in the industry. Attend industry events, monitor industry publications and nurture all inbound leads.
  • Partner with Creative and Production teams to deliver compelling bespoke responses for RFPs and capability presentations
  • Provide account oversight for select clients in partnership with Tencue production team and Opus Account Managers, including account-level client communications, RFP responses, MSAs and SOWs.
  • Understand client goals, set cadence of communications and maintain strong client relationships in partnership with Production.
  • Manage Tencue CRM data in partnership with Agency Finance and Account Management
  • Develop and maintain Tencue marketing assets and Tencue website and social media accounts to support agency-wide marketing efforts.


  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Experience with enterprise high tech clients (Cisco, Autodesk, Tableau etc.) a plus
  • Partners with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process and analyzes and reports on campaign performances
  • Knowledge of digital platforms a plus
  • Experience with contract review and negotiations a plus
  • Strong influence-management, leadership and assertiveness capabilities
