RFP Coordinator

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detailed RFP Traffic Coordinator to support the Opus Experience team in the growth and development of new business. This position helps plan and manage all incoming opportunities and will be part of the team that assigns resources, manages the workflow, maintains timelines, and assists with proposals. This person is organized, professional and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 2+ years of traffic or project management experience with an event company or marketing agency
  • Ability to be resourceful, multitask and set priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements
  • Highly responsive
  • Excellent adherence to deadlines and a clear understanding of how to prioritize work.
  •  Organized, detail-oriented.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly met
  • Create and update master tracker for all incoming opportunities
  • Initiate budgets and schedules for team to compete
  • Traffic and monitor projects through and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Work with resourcing team to assist with staffing proposals and monitor team bandwidth
  • Review requests, opportunity briefs and proposals to ensure that all necessary information is provided
  • Establish priorities, drive schedules and ensure successful project completion
  • Create processes that will improve the overall efficiency of the proposal process
  • Monitor CRM daily for new opportunities
