WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Accounts team to develop, plan, and implement our client’s experiential and marketing strategy and will report to the VP of Account Services. This role supports Accounts to conduct quarterly reviews with senior management, and should be able to understand project needs and protocol across disciplines.

This candidate should have their pulse on what is happening in the online content creation space, IRL events, and be prepared to research industry trends. This candidate will be responsible for management of client data via Salesforce and should have a decent knowledge of the CRM system.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Salesforce Admin assists in managing components of a project, mainly in coordination with the Account & New Business team; specifically in a support role on the following:

  • Managing all Salesforce data and keeping records accurate up to date and consistent across MAS & Opus systems

  • Basic Salesforce Administration (Data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc)

  • User Management / Salesforce permissions

  • Also responsible for assisting with: note taking on client calls, process management & ensuring processes are met

  • Own administrative duties for teams - opening job codes, creating folders, adding projects to calendar, adding SOWs to trackers

  • Help with new business, social media and internal marcom as needed

  • Assist Director, New Business; & Marketing Associate in quarterly analysis of new business acquisition

  • Assist Director, New Business; & Marketing Associate in identifying logos in target verticals for Accounts team to pursue

  • Assist Director, New Business; & Marketing Associate in conducting competitor analysis by quarter

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues across teams in a supportive manner, and being an active team member who contributes to the growth of the Company

  • Works closely with VP, Accounts; Director, New Business, & Marketing Associate on all client business data entry and analysis for Executive Management reporting

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present important findings (both quantitative and analytic skills) and then apply to future events.

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

  • Exceptional writing skills, with an editorial point of view for what is right for a platform’s brand and voice.

  • Passionate about all things YouTube, hyper-knowledgeable about Internet culture, and an avid expert user of social media. Additional background in the music or fashion environment is key

  • 2+ years in above or below-the-line; with Salesforce data entry and analytics experience
