Marketing Coordinator

As part of our marketing team, you will be a cornerstone to our agency’s strategizing, planning, rallying, and delivering upon our six core marketing pillars: 

  1. Brand (Awareness and Reputation) Building 

  1. Sales Enablement 

  1. Content Generation 

  1. Audience Building 

  1. Media and Industry Relations 

  1. Program Delivery (e.g., campaigns, agency-owned events, and asset development) 



  • Minimum of two years of prior marketing experience, ideally within a professional services firm 

  • Proven experience leading campaigns end-to-end, with solid knowledge of brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation, messaging and positioning, creative, content, and the marketing mix across the buyer’s journey  

  • Resourceful and hands-on player who loves to be hands-on, solving problems, and in the work 

  • Demonstrable skills in execution of marketing initiatives 

  • Must be organized and have excellent command of the English language with strong writing and interpersonal skills 

  • Exceptional abilities to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead and delegate while working under fast-moving and demanding situations 

  • Ability to drive a sense of urgency while working collaboratively across the organization 

  • Professional, confident, positive, and calm demeanor 

  • Ability to be detail-oriented, remain flexible, and handle complex issues and tasks with minimal supervision  

  • Ability to think independently, make sound decisions and solve a variety of problems 

  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities as well as in the work environment 

  • Travel up to 10% 



Across our core pillars, this Marketing Coordinator role will have primary responsibility for the following areas of ownership and delivery: 

  • Digital Properties. Create, manage, maintain, and consistently refresh assets across our website, social media channels, and newsletters. 

  • Events. Program, manage, and align resources that deliver Opus-created events, partner event participation, and third-party event speaking opportunities. 

  • Marketing Materials. Lead, manage, and facilitate the creation of materials to support sales activities, including: 

  • Collateral and brochures 

  • PowerPoint presentations 

  • Videos 

  • Case Studies and Client Stories 

  • Award entries 

  • Marketing Technologies. Own, optimize, and, when needed, lead the sourcing on technologies and tools which will support our marketing efforts (e.g., Salesforce Pardot, Wordpress, Social Media Management Tools, etc.) 

  • Measurement and Reporting. Through partnership with our Analytics team, consistently monitor and communicate key data to all marketing stakeholders via hosting periodic internal data review meetings, email reports, and Intranet updates
