Junior Graphic Designer

What we are looking for:

At Opus we are an industry leader in experiential marketing.  The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing a conceptual vision and executional designs for a wide range of integrated projects. This role works collaboratively with other team members and clients to produce the best results and ensure success for clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital to contribute to projects
  • Solid visualization skills like hand sketching, Illustrator and Photoshop visualization
  • Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
  • Meet client deadlines and exceed their expectations on quality of work
  • Encourage and accept peer and client feedback
  • Display a strong work ethic and be able to work independently
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table often
  • Present ideas to the team
  • Focus primarily on merchandise/promo concepts and execution as well as internal marketing needs

Core Requirements:

  • Entry level position as a designer, with training/knowledge in brand design and visual storytelling
  • An obsession with the latest trends in design, culture and innovation
  • A firm understanding of technology integration
  • Solid visualization skills like hand sketching, Illustrator and Photoshop visualization
  • Understanding/proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides for presentation purposes.
