Strategic Planner

Department: Growth - Solutions
Location: Remote


To rock this role, you will:

  2. Provide critical hands-on strategic planning and enablement for both external client and internal agency teams

  5. Bring an obsessive attention to detail and commitment to "doing what it takes" – both independently and collaboratively – to deliver quality work on time, every time



  • Enable: Provide well-researched, clearly framed plans and recommendations on each assigned program
  • Deliver: Own assigned strategy deliverables (e.g., presentations, research reports, creative briefs, point of view documents, measurement reports, etc.) independently
  • Assure: Frame, measure, and report on the meaningful metrics within a program
  • Collaborate: Partner with and lead cross-functional account, creative, experience, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction, successful implementation of agency services, and bold and innovative solutions
  • Develop: Focus on building a sophisticated understanding of client organizations in order to grow relationships and sell-in extraordinary work
  • Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth in new and existing accounts by making meaningful contributions to RFP responses, new business pitches, client event audits, trend and thought starter working sessions, and wrap-up reports
  • Publish: Working with our marketing teams, contribute to our blogs, events, and client sessions by delivering thoughtful and actionable content on topics across our industry, programs, and capabilities



  • 3+ years in an account, strategy, marketing, or delivery-centric role within a professional services firm. Event and experiential marketing experience is a big plus
  • Strong verbal presentation/storytelling skills, superior writing skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity and insight into human behavior, an instinct for popular culture, and a nuanced understanding of creative work are critical
  • Hands-on experience with some or all of the following is ideal: marketing analytics, marketing technologies, digital marketing systems, and research tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
