WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MAS Event + Design/Opus is looking for a Junior Salesforce Admin to handle the day-to-day management of our CRM system. The Junior Salesforce Admin helps our organization by delivering data reports on all things related to clients, projects, and industry trends.

This Junior Salesforce Admin supports our Accounts team by serving as the central point for all data stored within the CRM and how it is managed. The role provides feedback to the internal team on data input and maintenance. They will conduct quarterly reviews with senior management and serve as the escalation point for any critical issues identified by the team within the system and trouble shoot as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Junior Salesforce Admin is the day-to-day contact for our accounts team and manages all aspects of the Salesforce system from an administrative standpoint.

  • You will be responsible for managing all access, users, permissions, and data entered into the Salesforce system

  • Entering all data updates for new and existing projects; this includes opening jobs and folders for teams to work within.

  • Closing and reconciling jobs and archiving for future use on case studies and trend analysis.

  • Quarterly and/or annual reviews of projects, clients, and industry trends.

  • Bridging gap to finance to ensure revenue data and other financial data related to projects are in alignment.

  • Updating SOW Calendars and tracking of project timelines.

  • Problem solving and trouble shooting within the CRM for users and serve as escalation point for any and all issues related to Salesforce.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present important findings (both quantitative and analytic skills).

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills,

  • Heavy data entry and migration skills; will require significant time spent updating a database.

  • Passion for a new and interesting experiential market to analyze and sink your teeth into.

  • 1-2 years experience Salesforce Admin

  • Ability to communicate, present, and report to internal teams.

Physical Requirements

Individuals will be required to sit for most of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting up to 20 lbs. as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required.  Individuals will be required to travel via airplane, train, taxi, car and/or other means of transportation as needed.
