Software Developer II

Department: Admin - IT/IS
Location: Remote

Our team develops industry leading software solutions for both internal and external clients. This position will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions as well as internal system integrations/workflows. You will be responsible for designing and building solutions for automating and improving existing processes while also creating new capabilities in support of business objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field
  • 3+ years of application programming utilizing object-oriented programming languages such as VB .Net, C#, Java, or C++
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce product suite
  • Salesforce configuration and development experience utilizing APEX, SOQL, Lightning, etc.
  • Experience building integrations utilizing web APIs, web hooks, and connectors
  • Experience automating manual processes
  • Relational database experience and knowledge of SQL
  • Experience implementing solutions using JavaScript
  • Must work productively in a team


  • Ability to design solutions and create consistent specifications through analyzing user requirements and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Develop software against provided specifications following defined coding practices
  • Produces thorough documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, diagrams, etc.
  • Must meet deadlines and continually keep team members informed on the status of projects
  • Follow established process for deploying software into production
  • Provide estimation of effort based on high level requirements
  • Ensure that secure coding practices are utilized
  • Provide feedback on usability issues concerning specifications and implementation
  • Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies

  • Front-end web development experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Experience deploying and maintaining solutions in Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with AWS

  • Knowledge of InfoSec and PCI security compliance requirements
