We are searching for a Creative Director who can leverage experience in events, interactive and social media to develop powerful creative experiences through storytelling and innovation. This person will partner with the EVP of Creative to inspire and lead a multi-disciplined creative team, bringing experiential ideas to life. The perfect candidate will be a strategically-driven, creatively-led thinker with strong integrity and a strong portfolio to match.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 10+ years of proven, hands-on creative leadership
  • Integrated marketing experience
  • Understand how to generate the “big idea” or recognize it when it comes from your team
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 clients
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand client business needs
  • Lead teams to develop brand-focused ideas
  • Be a thought leader to clients, throughout Opus, and in the creative community
  • Pitch work with intelligence and energy
  • Efficiently express ideas across all media types – consumer, retail, live events, digital, social, mobile, and environmental
